As you may have noticed, our website has been offline for a day and has come back with a different layout. This is because a fire broke out in a server center where our website was stored. The tragic consequence of this is that most customers can no longer log in because the servers where the data was stored were partially destroyed. In other words, the accounts probably no longer exist, the history of the orders included. We are currently looking at the extent to which the databases are recoverable. Our customers who are able to log in will be able to retrieve their order history to a limited extent. The customers who can no longer log in will have to create a new account. You can also place orders without logging in, as the website is operational.
We are doing everything possible to solve the problems and process your order as soon as possible.
